Shipping Methods

VelvetSari offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days depending on destination

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 within the continental US.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes
• These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient
• Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the delicate nature of our products (especially lingerie and formal dresses), we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
